Some wounds scream for attention. They’re visible, acknowledged, met with concern and sympathy.
But some wounds sit quietly beneath the surface. They don’t announce themselves.
They live in the spaces between words, in the weight behind your laughter, in the moments when no one is watching.
And maybe that’s the hardest part, not that you’re hurting, but that no one sees it.
No one asks.
No one knows.
But Allah knows.
He sees the heartbreak you’ve buried so deep you barely recognise it yourself. He knows the disappointments you don’t have the words to explain. The grief that lingers in places even you have stopped looking.
Healing is not always instant. It’s not always loud. Sometimes, it’s in the quiet moments, the whispered “Ya Allah” when you don’t know what else to say, the tear that falls in sujood, the breath you take when you finally decide to stop carrying it alone.
You don’t have to pretend you’re fine. You don’t have to hold it all in. Let today be the day you speak to the One who already knows.
The One who has seen every moment of your pain and has never once turned away.
Your wounds are not invisible to Him. And neither are you.
Love Always
